Hi there
i am planning to open up a resort in north goa on beach side. can you please help me on legal formalities to be kept in mind on construction of cottages

you need permission of muncipial corporation . have plans duly sanctioned . then start construction .

do u reckon i need a legal advisor or a lawyer with me who can check all da property documents and all da other legal formalities to be done in construction aswell.

Any construction along beachline needs to abide by strict local municipal regulations.
It will be better if you engage an advocate and take his help.
