Hey, can someone share or upload scan copy (pdf or jpeg) of the change of name published in any of the State Gazettes or Gazette of India..

The officers in my district are asking for some proof of name change duly published in any of the Gazettes, then only they will approve for it.

Also can someone tell me whether original affidavit is mandatory for publication or not. Coz I need it for changing my name in all the educational certificates.

Plz give me some advice / suggestions on this .

An affidavit in its original form is required to be submitted for publication in gazette after which the publication can be quoted for the change of name.
