Defamation or other revelant suit

I have divorced my first wife by sending her Talaqnama to her in 2009, which she refused to accept. We are both Muslims, Later in 2010 I married to another lady, after my second marriage she filed RCR, 498A & 406, RCR was dismissed by court. She filed complain to various forms including department also were in she is saying I had illicit relation with my second wife before the marriage & I was torturing her because of that, which is all rubbish. Can my second wife file defamation suit against the lady & her family. Are any other relevant suit against the lady & her father & some of her relatives?
Plz advise.

Statements made in a pleading does not come under defamation.
However her complaints to your authorities can be termed as defamation and hence your wife or you can file such case.

If you got acquittal order then only you can file the case otherwise not

Agree with the experts. Harassment can be made but compensation would be received is doubtful.

As my Second wife unnecessarily being blamed with out any reason,by my ex-wife. Why should not my ex-wife be punished for character assassinating.

On the basis of your expressions it can be understood that she is bent upon to torture you to the core in the name of avenging you for the past deeds (?), as well advised by experts, your wife can very well file a defamation case under the provisions of criminal law itself against her for defaming her name and fame as well as assassinating her character etc., Contact your lawyer and proceed.
