Dear sir,

I am from Madhubani BIHAR.we are three brother.My father purchase piece
of land before 5 years and last year he give this land to my elder brother.And again my brother sale this land.Can I take any legal action against my brother.Can I claim for my
share in land.

No, you can not do anything about this land now.

your father has executed gift deed of land in favour of your brother . hence your brother was absolute owner of said land . he had full rights to sell the said land

Questioned land was purchased by your father and your father in his life time transferred the same to your brother through gift deed,After transfer,your brother became sole and absolute owner of the land and he had every right to transfer,sale,mortgage & gift the land to any one .you have no right to make objection.
