Married to undivorced medical doctor lady with 13 yrs old daughter

I am a well off divorcee( Decree from Bandra family court)After few year of staying alone, I married this doctor lady ( Undivorced from first hausband- her divorce papers are a 100 Rs stamp paper with 2 witnesses and Notary) with 13 years old daughter, Although lot of well wishers told me to stay away from lady with a kid , but I wanted to have a kid at home so I went ahead,
Now Kid is 25years MBA, working and about to
marry, Problem is Both Mother and daughter are trying to fleece me of my Funds and property, they not only misbehave and yell at me but also on one occassion beaten me up and I had registered a FIR with Police
Please do advise, How to get rid of them?

Dear Mr. John,
1. The notarized divorce deed is not looked upon as legal divorce. Was your marriage with her registered ? If not then stop supporting them but if they are staying with you in your house you have will have problems evicting them. For that you will need to take legal action. You can file a case of cheating and inducing you to part with your property and money which is punishable u/s 420 of I.P.C. on the grounds of the fact that such notarized deed of divorce was fabricated and she has not yet been legally divorced.

what is the FIR about?
your marriage is not valid.
Let her husband (not she) file and FIR of adultery and you go to jail.

second marriage during subsistence of earlier marriage is void . notarised divorce decree on Rs 100 stamp paper is not valid .
refuse to bow down to your wife pressure tactics . you can file for annulment of marriage before family court

The lady you married is not your legally wedded wife nor her daughter is your child.
You are not legally bound to maintain her daughter let alone making a grand party for her marriage.
If you are serious then you can move to court with a petition u/s 156(3) crpc to get direction on Police to start investigation and take necessary actions.

Your marriage is void. Get that treated as such by filing a case in the court of law by showing that she cheated you to be a divorced lady. That way you can get rid of both the lady and her daughter.
