Parking space in cessed building redevelopment

On redevelopment of a cessed building can the builder-cum-owner sell the parking space? Are there any free allotment of parking space for the old tenants?

The latest in this row is that the builder cannot sell the parking slot, you may take up the issue legally with him if he is not agreeing to this.
