I received summon and met with officials of finance company, I made payment at branch office and requested him to drop the case initiated against me. They received the payment and assured me to drop the case and as such I did not move to court. But later on, the court has issued Non Bailable Warrant against me.
Please suggest me what I should do now.

File an application for cancallation of the warrant issued against you stating the reasons for your non-appearance along with it file the receipts of the payment made by you also stating the compromise between you and the complainant.
Ask the complainant to withdraw the case as per their assurance.

Appear before the concerned court along with lawyer, find out the next hearing date of the case, file warrant recall petition U/s.70(2), Cr.P.C., with surrender and advance hearing petition along with affidavit stating that the amount has ben already settled out of court. The court definetly accept your plea and recall thr NBW. Threafter appear before the court on next hearing and insist the finance company to withdraw the case.
