dear experts,
I got mutated the land in my name by the Revenue authorities on the basis of a registered deed executed by my father and after death of my father i applied for mutation and after due inquiry the revenue authorities and issued pattadar pass book and title deed. after six years he came and approached the revenue authorities he objecting .is it valid? kindly advice on this.thanq.

Your description, "HE came and approached the revenue authorities he objecting," is not clear. WHO is HE who objected on mutation and with what reason for that?

Dear Experts,
Thank you very much for your kind and quick response.
to clearify the same as follows.
A,B,C,D are brothers and they are having lands under various Sy.Nos.and all partitioned long back at the time of partition also the above Sy.No. in the name of their mother and no dispute between them and known to every one. and their father died before partition.and one of the Sy.No.above mentioned in the name of their mother and during the life she, my grand mother executed a registered Will deed in favor of me after death of my grand mother i approached the Revenue authorities and after due enquiry the Revenue authorities issued the PATTADAR PASS BOOK and TITLE DEED in favor of me. all above A,B,C,D knows the Regd.Will deed but only one of them having an eye on the same due to valuble of the same. knowing that i got an injuction in favor of me and the suit is pending for disposal.latter the above person filed a petition before the revenue authorities and got stay for not to alienate and it is posted for arguments.a am contesting the matter personall and hence i need a suitable advice on this whether it is valid ? thank you all in advance.

You have complicated a simple question by confusing many issues. Since you are already facing the case as party in person, you know the situation better hence go for the arguments based on the merits in your side or come out with clear details.
If the court has given stay, you look for the possibilities to vacate the stay on the name transfer of patta.
