Sachin has been falsely accused by Megha for molesting her. Both of them are working in a MNC in the same team. Megha is married to Abhijeet who is a central government employee. Sachin is also married.
The Case: Megha claims that Sachin has been trying to get physically intimate with her. Megha has filed a complaint to the Org HR on the same.
Sachin’s Version: Sachin is claiming that Megha is having an affair with Akash her colleague in the same office and Sachin is innocent and being framed in this matter. The reason of Sachin being framed: Sachin is aware of Megha’s extra-marital affair with Akash and had confronted/opposed the illicit couple (Megha/Akash) on the same.
The other team members are also aware of Meghas affair with Akash. There is a possibility of the other team members supporting to bring this fact out.
Sachin is afraid that he might lose his job as such cases usually are ruled in favor of female associates.
Also a week back Abhijeet(Megha’s husband) had meet Sachin and threatened him. It seems that Megha is trying to play victim in front of her husband and frame Sachin to hide her extra-marital affair. During the meeting, Abhijeet had videographed the entire conversation with sachin . Megha is using this as some sort of evidence to frame sachin. Not sure on the exact content of the video, but megha has shown this to support her claim of molestation to the Org HR.
What can be the possible legal options available for sachin to come out of this mess? Also is there anyway wherein a criminal case can be filed against megha and her husband for filing false claims. Sachin is undergoing mental torture due to this and also family disturbance.
Sachin and his family is looking for a prominent lawyer who has some kind of experience in these cases and can guide them in Pune.

U R query has all the ingredients of a bollywood movie.The entire query may be true or may not be,because it is only one side of the coin.I am not contradicting UR presentation,but to conclude just basing on the story is not proper .Hence refer the matter to a good lawyer in Pune and if Sachin is innocent to the allegations he may come out of it.

However, how you are related/concerned and perturbed with this story but not query?
Sachin and his family must approach a local lawyer for further proceeding and advise.

He should endeavor to get the fact brought out to HR.
He is entitled and should get the copy of video.
He should firm up his next venture ASAP and appraise the next management so that he is supported.
If current employer takes an adverse decision based on some Sham inquiry he may not get good BGV........

Well it appears to be a well knit tele-drama. In any case, Sachin the imaginary character could have come out in open than through a third party seeking opinion in public forums like this especially when he was in the habit of poking into others business and personal affairs in the office.
Ask your Sachin to look for a lawyer through LCI data base or visit a court complex in person looking for a good lawyer of his choice.

To be frank UR query does not attract any legal opinion from the experts and it is nothing but either imaginary or fictitious,if not it is just a personal triangle matter between the hero,heroine and the other.hence the learned experts better stop this episode here itself.
