change in reservation system

Sir I want to know that, why the reservation system is based on cast wise. I want to know our country have every general candidate are brilliant and economical strong why Noone can see the reservation system is encourage the general students. I want to submit a PIL against it so I want to advice.

Read, research and try to understand reservation system better before proceeding. Otherwise, you may end up embarrassed.

read Indira Sawney judgement.

No rules have been framed in support of reservation, under article 309 of constitution.

still constitution allows govt to lay down reservation.

Govt is doing so for the past 60 years.

If govt refuses to extend reservation there is no remedy against the same.

I tell all of you, many bright general category students are discourage for this system. The government allredy provide to less fee in applications form and give the TA that is right but why give the reservation in exams ,every student have equal. many of general candidate have poor condition but he still study hard but this reservation system doesn't support him. And one more the reservation system made for the poor and needy people then anyone get government job then why he promote with the basis of reservation that is not good. I ask you all anyone can help me to file a jan hit yachika against reservation system.
