My father was govt employee and he 0 expired,he got job under ST category he is saying at that time kinda kummara belongs to ST, but now kummara considering as BC-b.me and my sister's having obc certificate as per constitution rules,now I would like claim job under compensation is there any problem like effecting to my mother pention please suggest what todo

Refer departmental rules regarding compensatory appointment.

your father got a job undr ST category when your community (not clearly stated by you that you actually belonged to konda kummara community ) was ST.

Now due to denotification you are not entitled for ST status that does not mean that you are not his son or your mother is not his wife.

This factor in no way comes in between the compassionate job or pension.
