Complaint against the society registered with bogus members

Respected experts,
I am residing at a chawl situated at a plot where there exist a building of one ABC Housing Co-operative Society. As per list of members annexed to the schedule of conveyance of the said society, it is found that the said Society is registered with bogus members in the year 1973. As I was born in the year 1964, I know that the building of the said Society was constructed in the year 1976-1979 and that thereafter the new flat purchasers (other than registered members)purchased respective flats and now are claiming to be members of the said society. It is surprised that the members whose name is shown in the conveyance deed never taken possession of the flats nor they transferred their share certificates in the name of the new flat purchasers in the year 1980. While constructing the building the developer had consumed FSI of the Chawl over the building of the society showing occupants of the chawl to be tenants of the said Society. I have already inspected file A of the said Society under RTI Act and as per details given above I came to the conclusion that the said Society is a bogus Society.
Kindly inform me how to take legal action against the said Society who being itself bogus taken away right of re-development of Chawl and the developer encroached in the open spaces and right of way enjoyed by the chawl occupants since the year 1933.

Yes, I have alraedy made complaint to the Dy.Registrar of my ward. But the Dy.Registrar not responded my complaint nor sent any reply.

My query is not resolved till date and because of my complaint before the Registrar the developer made conspiracy to arrest my whole family through police by filing false complaint u/s. 326 of IPC through a third person.you may make open this query for life and liberty of my family.

If registrar is not taking action then file writ mandamus in the High Court.
