(Querist) 19 August 2015 This query is : Resolved 
Am working as a teacher in private school and earned commission in business (Not insurance). TDS deducted in my commission. Which form I used for IT return filing.

If you consider teaching as your main vocation and commission income is meagre when compared with salary, ITR-1 will suffice.

If the situation is other way round and incidence of commission is recurring, ITR-4 is required since commission will be considered as income from 'business'.
