Divorce needed

Please help in fighting false domestic violance case wife filed domestic violance case and requesting residence order as matrimonial house is on husband name. Wife already filed caw cell complaint and maintenance-crpc.

If FIR is concerned then you can file an application in District or High Court for anticipatory bail to avoid arrest. After getting bail you should defend the case by producing proper evidence. You can also file a Divorce Suit.

in your dv case you need not have to take any AB for you, gather the evidences of your innocence and fight your case on their merits .

Kindly advice for dv as husband offering rent accommodation or rent but even wife insist to reside in shared accommodation at matrimonial house just to harrase and implicate other false cases what can b solution. Pl advice me urgently.
