Rti act allow following?

Dear sir,

As per RTI act can I ask for school or colleges their students details?

If yes then what will be the procedure?

Also as per same act can I ask any bank branch to give us their employee address?

The applicant can ask any information. However, it should have larger public interest. If not, it can be denied by the PIO u/s.8 (1) (j)of the RTI Act 2005.
