Share of wife in husband's property after divorce

Hi,

I have a query regarding the share which a wife can get in husband's property after or during the course of divorce. Suppose the husband is having a house in his name and he has filed for divorce. Then can the wife claim some share of that house during the divorce case or after divorce?
Is this what has been amended in Marriage Laws (Amendment) Bill - 2010 as per below links.
