1. this matter should not worry you. let them live as they like. Even if she dose file any case you need not worry. Yes, you can publish in news paper and disown your son and his wife and can restrain them from entering your house.

you are not clear with the facts.

actually what do you want and why do you want.

If your ( self eearned ) property stands

rrgistered in your name , you are its sole master during your life time. You can sell it, Gift it / or bequeath it in your WILL.
Rajendra K Goyal (Expert) 23 October 2015
Your son / his wife has no right on your self acquired property. You may approach/ lodge complaint with the senior citizen help desk.
alexander (Expert) 23 October 2015
You have full rights to ask your son and daughter in law to pack up and move out. You are a Senior Citizen and can ask for regular police care and protection by registering with them as a senior citizen The regular beat constable would then keep an eye on you and your house., If you request the Police , in case such a serious contingency does arise, to prohibit your son and you daughter in law to even enter your House. The Police shall then issue necessary instructions.

If it is your self acquired property then no one has forced share in it in his lifetime.

thank you all for the very prompt reply,
My fear is that my daughter-in-law has many times lite fire in the house and also has threatened that she would mix poison in the food and kill me, i contacted some of the local lawyers and they say since it her matrimonial home you will not be able to send her out even if your son decides to leave your home, which will make matters worse. Is that true, her intention is to file for domestic violence and claim accommodation at my home and torture me and my son.

Record (audio/visual) her conduct and keep irrefutable witnesses and report to nearest police station if required.
