We 577 employees of ongc has been fighting case against ongc in labour court and gujarat high court...we have won the final verdict in gujarat high court and thereafter ongc has filed appeal against gujarat high court order and the supreme court order has dismissed their appeal...Now almost 3 months has passed the supreme court has upheld the gujarat high court order can we file contempt of court. how much time is treated as notice after supreme court dismiss the ongc appeal. ONGC is doing process of regular appointment and we have come to know that all the covered employees of 577 has been covered except two employees. Can we file contempt of court...what legal remedy we have left ....

When you yourself are saying that ONGC is doing process of regular appointment, why are you hurrying unnecessarily?
If two persons are left in the ultimate order, then in that case you can think of lodging contempt case, if you are so advised by your lawyer.
If on the basis of information available with you, if you file any contempt case, probably on that pretext the processing of the case of the remaining 575 may also get delayed. If that happens, which it is sure to happen, what will you gain.
Having waited so long, and having already won your case upto SC level, you will be well advised to observe patience for some more time.
By the way, please indicate the Case No. before the Supreme Court, and also the date of decision.

the process of appointments have completed now......Only myself and other person is left........What remedy we have now......?

All the process of recruitment is completed and I have not been given appointment though I am in the beneficiary list of court order............
