I have one elder brother and one younger sister. My father has a house on his own. He put it on name of my mother. This is the only property for our family. My parents gifted it to my sister without consent of my elder brother and myself. Do we have right to get share of this property?

The answer to your query is very simple - you do not have right to get any share from the said property.

pl get your facts right. " He put it on name of my mother"....Cf. "My parents gifted it
to ....."
The Registered owner can sell it , gift it, donate it, mortgage it or use it the way the owner prefers. During his life time you have no claim on such property.

You can not claim property till the person in whose name it is (your mother or father) expires intestate without disposing said property during lifetime.

Since it is the self acquired property of your parents, they can gift it to your sister. You or your brother can not interfere in this transaction. You do not have any right over the property.

The decision of your parents to gift the self acquired property to their daughter cannot be questioned. You do not have rights in your father's own property, hence no claim against it is maintainable.
