hi, i'm a mom for 2.5 month boy baby,i have fear about my mother in law ,she trying to separate me from my son.what to do if i want to keep my son under my custody without my husband?My husband also supporting his mother.what are all the laws have to follow?

Either UR husband or Ur MIL cannot separate an infant from UR custody.U said U fear,what are the reasons for that fear/elaborate for a correct solution.

Generally custody of minor child is given to mother by the court. You may approach in case of need.

My mother in law saying something to husband making him to hate me.after 5th month of my boy i hve come come back to start my life with my husband.im feeding till now,i tried my level to cook,but i couldnt do since over weight from 60 to 80 after delivery.so he put a maid.she comes for 3days only.meanwhile my mother in law saying why for maid ?and why not she.so my husband indirectly shows anger to me?my big mistake is im not working.but i have doubt, my father gave 50sovereigns, frdge,ac even broomstick,dustbin,clip.my dad paid all amount for delivery.my mom took care of my food during pregnancy and after 4 month of delivery,my husband came every weekend nd took me fr checkup,what was the role of my mother in law and father in law upto what i said?meanwhile i went to my husband's home after delivery of 30days,since my mom was not well to take care of child.,during that days she curse indirectly to do house work.asked me to do this and that.and keep my son tight sometime.i dont know even my husband too anger on me by her words where should i go ?

still they happy if my son has not come when i call .everytime getting angry and saying to my son dont see ur mom, istead say look at me,look at me.my husband says giving dowry is normal every husband wont say no to his father in law when he give all. And he says taking care during pregnancy and after delivery upto 3month is a duty for every wife's parent?im asking that, is that right?is that duty for every girl after marriage?do we have rules to take care of daughter during pregnancy and delivery?husband gives child, wife consume it for 10 months and cross the big day of life delivery,who has great pain to live a life?then why male thinks to keep the baby and seperate a baby from mother if any problem comes?then what if a woman can do if husband also not understanding her pain.but he says all woman crossing this same that way u too crossed. :(.

Please say what should i do if any serious problem came,i feel fear about my mother in law she going to get retired on this march.i hve doubt whether she stay with us or not. I dont know how she will treat me. Though it is one day it will make fight with (with my husband)us.i never like to speak with her but i never speak with disrespect.what should do further,for my son and my life?ive planned to go for job but how can i takecare of my child if i go?he is 6month old.

I want to do, what i want, not beyond the limit.but even to express my basic thoughts i have to and should be in a position.so going for a job will resolve everything?
