Dear Sir, my wife file a case of DV against me but I continuously trying to back her home but she is not want to come back and wants maintenance. I have one child which is near about one year. Will court give her maintenance in between or maintenance will provide after divorce according to law?

Dear Sudhir sir, she not want to come because she want permanent heavy pocket money and freedom to go anywhere without giving any information to me and my family. She wants to live with me on these conditions. Which are not possible for me to provide her these facilities.
