If the husband withdraws his divorce case before the judge and still not take back the wife, what legal remedy is available to wife. Wife filed only RCR and Interim u/s 24 HMA and no other cases.

If he withdraws it in consideration of a compromise reached between the parties wherein he undertakes to take his wife in, then he is bound and you can move an application for that. But if he simply withdraws it, then nothing can be done. Then go ahead with RCR and win it. But even RCR decree will not help you much.
