Hello Sir; My cousin sister had been in a relationship with a guy by almost one year. Now we found out that he is married with two kids. But he is showing us the following attached agreement papers and saying he is divorce and he is not staying with his wife anymore. But i still have doubt that those paper are not for divorce paper. Could you please help me to clarify about this paper. What is that paper about? And is he still lying on us? Please help me sir.

Better Consult A Local Good Advocate and Be Safe.Unless the Divorce is granted by Court Other things will be Invalid.More Over he is father of two children and better for your Cousin Sister to get rid of him atleast for the sake of the Children.

THE biggest problem is she is non-India. and We stay in another country, even tough i am Indian. I asked my sister to ask him to sent divorce paper given by court.
Sir, can you clear me one thing? Is that paper showing that they are separate now? Because he keep on saying they are separate now.

Being Separate doesn't mean they have Legally Divorced Unless and Until there are Court Orders.Till then he is Other Woman's husband and your Cousin Sister is an Out sider.

yes, we talk to his wife and she said they are not divorce and she want a normal life.And i will not my cousin destroy her life and kids too.
But he is keep on saying they are his past there is no relation between them. He want to be with my cousin. But at this point i want to show my cousin that how is not true.

Sir, in that the agreement given by court? i do not see also any official stamp or witness signature other than the signature of both of them. And in the page 2 last column, it is written that they will separate until the birth of new baby which was already deliver on last year july 2014. so how he can say that they are separate now? If he said they are separate now, in that case can i ask him to show the recent agreement papers for the separation after the birth of the baby?

Sir, i can understand what you mean to say. But my cousin is so dumped. And every time he escaped showing that the system is different in India. So i really want to help her and give her proper advice to help her.

No sir, The truth is he is taking money from her and she is sending expensive gift from here. even i help her to sent him money.She never take any penny from him. That is the reason i want to prove he is wrong. But my cousin is totally dumped.

On the reference basis (name of court, year of case, title of case etc.) of the documents shown, copy of court orders/ case file can be taken from court to know the facts. Take help of local lawyer of related court.
