Hi my freind wants to marry a hindu boy who converts himself as muslim at the time of his first marriage to a muslim girl but his paasport and every document has his hindu name....is he needs to convert himself again as hindu at the time of his second marriage with hindu girl..if yes what is the procedure..

author, freedom of religion in India is a fundamental right as per Constitution of India. but your friend often change religion for marriage purpose? what about his first wife? is she divorced or what?

He should divorce his first wife and can marry after conversion as Hindu.

He can marry after divorce under special marriage act.
