Remedy against order passed u/s 203 crpc, 1973

I want to know the remedy avavilable under the law against the order passed by the Hon'ble Metropolitan Magistrate Court u/s 203 CRPC, hereby dismissing the criminal complaint filed u/s 200 CRPC, 1973 between private parties for offence u/s 469, 500 (I.P.C.). The criminal complaint was originally filed before Hon'ble C.M.M. Court and it was tranferred to Hon'ble M.M. Court for trial. Please guide me at the earliest.

You can file revisional application either in the sessions court or in high court.

Revisional application under which section of CRPC will be filed against order passed u/s 203 CRPC. Further, State will become party before High Court OR parties will remain same as before trial court who passed order u/s 203 CRPC. Please guide.

revisional application is filed in sessions court u/s 397 crpc while in high court the section is 401.

Sir, please recheck and confirm for session judge revisional application is filed u/s 397 or 399 CRPC. I think 399 CRPC.

Sir, I want to know the time limitation to file a criminal revision u/s 397 CRPC before the District & Session Judge against the order passed by Metropolitan Magistrate u/s 203 CRPC in a criminal compliant filed by me u/s 469, 500 (I.P.C).
