Devlopers telling they provide registry
They are having noc

Detailed Process of Acquiring a flat

1. Identify the location/property
2. Legal Verification of the property:
3. Advertise in local newspaper regarding plan of purchase
4. Apply for loan approval: banks do detailed pre verification regarding title and status of property
5. Allotment letter
6. Sale agreement
7. Possession and Registration

Get all the documents verified through your lawyer.

Can apply for loan from Bank, they would scrutinize the documents.
