If any person by making forged and fabricated documents pleaded his case , and forgery in preparation of these documents came to the knowledge of Judge then what actions must be taken by judge against him ???
If sou moto judge didn't take any step then, can opponent may lodge FIR or criminal complaint case against such person who have prepared forged documents and submitted same to the court?????

Respected experts...
A alleged President has shown election of public trust under Bombay Public Trust Act in 2008 and put a change report to assistant charity commissioner which was pending till 2016.....
In 2016 case was for evidence and final argument ...alleged president deposed his evidence on the basis of forged and fabricated documents ...they were completely different from those documents which he has submitted while filling change report in 2008 like copy of notice of that meeting of election and also copy of resolutions passed in that alleged meeting were completely differing from those documents which he has submitted in xerox form while in 2008 and which in original he submitted in 2016 while deposing evidence in 2016...
Now what actions could be initiated against him for this futile exercise of criminal nature....
