I am taking Tution at home few children from my group come for tuition. I have not registered the tuition commercially. Neither a board has been put. But the few people of our society take objection and said they will file a case against me. What should I do?

Home based tuition done by a single individual requires no commercial registration.
Similarly the society can take no action. If they put physical restraint you can file both civil and criminal actions.
However do careful that the students do not cause any mischief or are not otherwise matter disturbance to the members at large.

The society people said they will stop the entry of the students. They file a case against me. My students do not create any problem. They park their vehicles out side the society and most of them are dropped by their parent.

Can they take any legal action or stop the students entering the society?

No.. In such case the society authority cannot restrain the students from entering the premises. And even if they file any complaint.. be ready with your strong reply.
