Can I continue my LIC agency after joining a govt. Job or if not then can I continue for that year only when govt. Job was started I.e. 6-7month. If it does not permit too so what is the punishment for continuation of LIC agency?. Please confirm me..

from THE DATE OF APPOINTMENT YOU CAN NOT BE ANY OTHER TRADE OR BUSINESS EXCEPT THE SAID GOVT JOB.

It depend upon your nature of appointment i.e. permanent or contract?
Also TOR of ur appointment order?
If it is permanent job then u can't do any other business with current job.

Yes, if a permanent employee, it amounts to a misconduct to indulge in any other trade or business.

A govt. employee can not become LIC agent, it is misconduct.

Since you have not posted, after replies by experts, that you are not permanent or even temporary employee...............It is believed that you are Permanent/Temporary employee, and not a contractual employee.
By joining the Govt. as Permanent/Temporary employee, you have submitted yourself to Conduct and Discipline Rules of your employer i.e Govt.
The continuation of agency for 6-7 month , after appointment is misconduct and punishment can be upto dismissal.
The view of the authority shall be imp. and authority may examine your statements
in various applications, affidavits etc submitted by you.
You may consult a very able counsel specializing in labor-service matters and well versed with your Dept.'s Service Rules and such matters of misconduct, Domestic Inquiry etc ................
If you have an issue avail the services ASAP, of a very able counsel and 'Defense Assistant'.
