Sir,
A deputy registrar css department is issuing fake mark sheets for IMK students MBA. What are the proceedings taken against this person? This person also submitted the copy of this mark sheet to lokayukta.
Kindly provide the details of proceedings which can be initiated against him.........

How did you find "fake" marks-sheet issued by Dy. Registrar?
Did you inform Vice-Chancellor/ Registrar/ Director Vigilance of the University, with evidence, in writing?
How do you expect the experts to report you on the issue of "What are the proceedings taken against this person"?

The advocate (standing counsel) for kerala unvty submitted this copy as memo and filed the petition. His brilliance is very surprising because a copy is given to me too . Otherwise I will never have seen such a mark list in my life.

the court also asked me to file objection for this mark list. thats why i came here to ask for some suggestions...the unvty is influencing all advocates so i have to fight alone.....i reached this far....and i need to finish this atrocities against students and i need ur help. what shud i do?

I have registered before the vigilance department and university and all apex authorities including high court of kerala with this copy as evidence.
