dear sir
I got an accident in august last month.l was riding on my bike a car hit my bike from front.I injured a lot and admitted I pgims rohtak 4 days.so now what should do for claim.police fir and MLR already registered in police station.I am a private company employee.doctor said that it will take near around for month to get recovered.I am only earing person in my family.not able to go.in office for 4 months.company also don't provide mediclaim .kindly suggest what should I do.

Inform the company immediately preferably under proper acknowledgment even if by email or letter thru messenger or by Redg. Post.
Attach the copy of admission card of hospital,FIR,MLR etc..............and keep the original safely.

You should get your leaves sanctioned from your employer on the basis of accident treatment papers.
File MACT claim.
