376 proceedings without medical report

Hello Experts,
I'm facing a 376 in the sessions court. The matter is not on the board.And its been 1 and 1/2 year since the FIR, yet no forensic lab report is received. My query is: The case was just to draw money from me. She has alleged that I did it six months back(from the date of FIR). No true and strong evidences are there. Now, if the matter comes on the board and the forensic lab report is not yet available, will the matter proceed?

Engage a good lawyer and defend yourself on merits and prove yourself innocent.

You may discuss with your lawyer and if merits exist, may try for quashing of the FIR.

If it is your concern for tardy progress of the trial then you can file application u/s 483 crpc in high court whereby the high court directs the trial court to resume and conclude trial in a time frame manner.
So do so asap.

Thank you very much.
Its not about tardy progress of the case.
My lawyer said medical report is a must for the proceedings. And a friend says its possible in some cases to run the case without medical report. That's the query.
