Visitation at child access room

(Querist) 23 November 2016 This query is : Resolved
My cousin is fighting a case of custody. There is one possibility that visitation right be given at child access room of court. Now, the question is :

Do they maintain any Log Book that whether custodian parent came with the child or not ?
Devajyoti Barman (Expert) 23 November 2016
Np such log book is maintained but if the day of visitation is fixed on the same date when the case is fixed the court can reflect in its order sheet whether child is brought or not.
Rajendra K Goyal (Expert) 23 November 2016
such logbook not maintained.
