If a mother belonging forward caste and father belonging obc is it possible to adopt mother's forward caste with the acceptance of father in Kerala due to matrilineal system?

No it is not possible since automatically child adopt fathers cast by law.

The matrilineal system is no longer vogue in Kerala. it appears that that you are not fully honest with facts even after choosing to be anonymous.
