As an advocate, can I file 138 case as Party in person. If possible what are the changes necessary in petition and affidavit .

An Advocate is also a citizen of land and he is also entitled to avail all the benefits available to an ordinary citizen of this country hence he can also file a complaint in the given matter without changing anything either in the complaint or in the affidavit.

A complainant in 138 NI Act proceedings can be a party in person whether he is an advocate or not. You need to draft the complaint as any other would do.
