Sir
As you know National Human Rights Commission set up a Commission by the head of Js.Sadhasivam in the year 1999. The Commission inquired about the victims affected by Tamilnadu & Karnataka Special Task Force during the the search of Sandal Veerappan.Can you tell me whether the report submitted to NHRC? Also Pl tell in which website can I browse it.

I think RTI is the only option available.. there is no such information about the submission of the report on google so far.. you have to take personal efforts and even you can contact the ministry to get more info on the same. I would be happy to know the purpose.

It would be better if the expert would have posted / contributed for the thread rather to go on posting just to satisfy his ego / irritation / frustration.
Forum would not gain anything from comments by experts on other experts / contributors.
