To open a coaching centre

Sir I want to know how can I open a coaching centre for 6 to 12th , if the registration is necessary ,
And how I get the registration.

You have to check up with the Education Deptt. of your state whether there is any regulation in place for this purpose.

However, other laws of the land like Shops& Commercial Estt. Act,Trade Licence,Income Tax Act,Service Tax(GST)Act etc. will be applicable.
