Sir, is there any law,rule, GR,documentional proof,written docuent for refuse loksahidin apple which is in court.

See I understand only one thing Loksahi Din is forum to meet senior officer on one day of month because they can not meet all days of the month .
Generally Court matter they can not interfere or pass any order , if any thing related to it is pending nothing can be done by Concern officer

Sir,for 12 feet road a had appeal in taluka loksahidin (road already available on MAP & which is now blocked by other farmer) & for same road matter is in court in between two another farmer, only I want to know can tahsil office refuse my application to giving the court reason.
