Regarding credit card non payment

if someone took credit card from 3 different banks and use them pay them for 1 year as bill generated but after some time he was unable to pay the credit card bill what action should bank take as person wants to pay the credit card bills but unable to do so now days but after like 6 months he can start repaying

The debt is debt and penultimate charges in case of CC are exorbitant..

The CC issuing bank and CC member can jointly decide rescheduled payment...if possible.
