AGRICULTURAL LAND ANCESSTRAL PROPERTY

Res,Sir, were as my father got ancesstral property from his father , after my father demise some illegal enchrochers was occupied said lands with out any sale trnsactions more over my father or my self not sold the said lands still date. & The said lands was joint patta lands, my fathers brothers son was missused powers and his property was entirley solded out of his shares half shares ,with out mets & bounds ,in these regard the illegal rayots occupied half shares of my property in joint pattas , kindly give me sugesstion in these matter now the reg -market value is 18500 rs per acer now nearly having 50 acers how much C.F.?WERE SHALL I FILE A SUIT ? IN District court r sub- court ? kindly give such sugesstion on these matter.thanking you sir.

Your matter is very simple and you cannot be regarded as out of land rather your possession in papers is also going on. Joint agricultural land if not divided in metes and bounds then nothing to worry.

You shall have to file a suit for partition. In many States, it is filed before Tehsildar so contact to a local lawyer who shall have knowledge about this simple procedure. Such type of cases are decided quickly as the same are only summary cases. Be calm you have lost nothing.
