please furnish me te details of getting licence for arms (pistol) and the requisites for that procedure.

better find out the procedure in the local DM/DC office.

every state has its own rules and procedure in this regard.

Need to apply to District Collector with reasons for your need to hold Arm weapon and prescribed fee.
