Inheritance of a firm

My mother was propritor of a firm.She had willed that after her death her three sons shall be partners of the said firm with equal share.What clause needs to be inserted in the partnership deed after her death as regards division of capital of my late mother and continuance of the firm in the same name ?

Form a fresh partnership deed with equal shares of all the three.

At the time of the creation of the partnership deed you can add the two clauses also.

As per the will of the mother, the initial share of the firm is as stated in the will and the parties to the firm are having equal share in the firm
