Dear Sir, My former company has not paid my salaries and dues for 5 months since Feb, 2008. I have all relevent documents concening my job. Pl. suggest. Thanks. Praveen Sharma

you are telling your 'FORMER' Company.
Let me the when did you resign and why you waited 5 months for payments.

You should have sent a notice through Lawyer.

Option: consult with local lawyer and request him to send legal notice. Dont think about money in paying to lawyer for sending notices small amount only.
