Dear Experts,
It is mandatory for a school to get NOC from TRAFFIC DEPT, to run the school successfully.
In this connection, please quote relevant and governing law/bye-law/rule/regulation/
G.O./Memo/Order/Circular/Notification for
schools [under Pvt Management Bodies]
to get a NOC from the TRAFFIC POLICE DEPT. in A.P.

Really i can't understand that why school have to obtain n.o.c from traffic department?

well tom it may be the location of school is on congested locality or on main road . if many students are attending school and there is a traffic jam on account of school buses and cars nOc must be required from traffic police . this is how i understand it . i may be wrong

This is right reason given by Mr. Sethi.
In addition to that if any School is maintaining the Transporting of Students by Buses and other conveyance,they need traffic clearance and i.e. the local subject and one has to approach local police dptt..That's it.
