sir,
If we apply a petition in High court or supreme court for CBI enquiry, will it give directions for conducting CBI enquiry or central enquiry in the interest of justice. Because such a scandal is a public offence not personal offence.
This will also reduce the time of higher courts. Once such type of civil case is decided upto Supreme court, then criminal cases are bound to follow.
OR is it better to file criminal cases and FIR at this stage.
kindly tell how to fight such type of allegations, because the persons involved in such scandals are very influential.

yes you can approach through the court to get the CBI inquiry but at the same time the case should be have pri mafacy and evidence of details

Any logic in your reply, "unless you have proper case, facts and evidence than now a days courts impose harsh penalties on such PIL"?
IN THIS RESPECT PLEASE REPLY THE FOLLOWING QUESTIONS, WHICH ARISE OUT OF YOUR REPLY:
1) What is the comparison between the terms "facts and evidence" AND "now a days" when you have used a word "THAN" in between these terms.
2) The quesrist has not made any mention about PIL. Even if you treat his question related to PIL, do you think he would file a PIL without proper case, facts and evidence?
3) Cannot his specific case become a case law, if decided in favour of him or his clients on the general issue?
I SAW, IN MOST OF THE CASES, YOU JUST TRY TO MISLEAD OR DISHEARTEN THE QUERISTS RATHER THAN PROVIDING ANY WORKABLE SOLUTION. BUT STILL YOU TREAT YOURSELF AS AN EXPERT.

When you don't have any reply to my questions, you can only pretend like that treating others as fake, while your own fake identity and fake picture are the open proof about your fakeness. Not even that, you frequently change your identity and picture with the fear not to get detected, who actually you are to misguide others.
If you are not fake and are really an expert, why don't you reply my questions to justify your own previous answer, the correctness of which has been challenged.
