What is the current legal position as per Delhi Laws ( Special Provisions) and as per the Urban Development Ministry decisions or as per any other statutes or court orders or MPD-2021 as amended as on date regarding use of residential premises for running an INS accredited advertising agency in New Delhi?

As long a the neighbor raises the objection, there wont be any problem legally.

There is no legal bar for running an office in the residential premises.
