Open terrace covered illiegal by owners on

We are the residents of Sky Avenue 2nd floor Kamothe sector 34 , suffering by Dust deposited with Garbage at the roof covered open terrace by 1st floors owners. The residents above 2nd floors dumping / throwing wastage food, ladies sanitary napkins, condoms, plastic items, and other unwanted items.
Due to this the area develops mosquitoes, fungus, movements of rats, bad smile, etc.
This will be harmful to the human and tends to sick.
Pl. i need your advice . how lodge complaint against the owners covered the open terrace by MS sheets .

You can bring this matter to the knowledge and action of your society if your personal request fail to be adhered to. If society also fails then it shall be better to avail the legal remedy as per provisions of section 133 of criminal procedure code.

Apart from that file a petition u/s 133 crpc before the Magistrate and see the result instantly.

if the falt is in a cooperative society and society is not taking any action tou cna complain to the regsitrar . also move cooperative court
