Hello Mr.Prateek. Quasi is a latin word that means almost as if apparently but not actually seemingly. The officer who presides over administrative hearing. The officer is not a Judge of Law. Quasi judicial means Describes the action and power of administrative officers and agencies that can perform some Judicial task, although they are not in fact Judge or court.
