Probate

(Querist) 03 February 2013 This query is : Resolved
Dear Experts,
In probate case of regd will of my late father, its at the stage of admission and denial of documents. There are 2 objectors who have identical annexures in their respective reply, but they don't have the originals or certified copies of these. Both objectors are colluding and have sinister designs. Therefore please advice??
Q1) Shall I as petitioner insist on the original and not admit or deny a copy.
Q2) I understand courts do ask to admit or deny if original is not available.
Q3) The annexures are to be denied by me anyway,(copy or original).... so what is the best advice.
Q4) Can the experts advise the relevant Order and Rule number for admission/denial of documents in CPC.
Thanks
