CAN I USE A LEASED ADIVASI LAND TO FORM A HOTEL OR START A BUSINESS AS BAR AND REASTAURANT..IS THERE ANY PROBLEM??????/

obtain prior permission of district collector before taking adivasi land on lease .

if you already taken on lease on what terms you taken is main point and for above again you have to take permission from the government

Adivasi land cannot be even taken on lease without prior permission of the District Collector so first fulfil this mandatory requirement and then only start investing your amount as desired.

Adivasi land transfer are especially protected.Land is subject of state legislation.In U.P. none can lease agricultural land except a widow,army personal and a handicapped.More over land conversion as well as permission to lease would be required Adivasi agricultural land.
